Sumac Spice Lavash Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces of lavash bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Joon Sumac Spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the lavash into desired small size.
  3. In a mixing bowl toss the oil, salt and Sumac Spice Blend and mix together.
  4. Toss in the lavash pieces and coat each piece with the spice mix.
  5. Place the lavash pieces on a baking sheet. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes till crispy.
