Rose Honey Champagne Jelly Shots

Delicious for cocktail party

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Champagne, Prosecco or sparkling Rose wine
  • 4 packs of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 jar of Joon Rose petal honey 3oz
  • 1/2 cup Vodka (optional) and 1/2 cup water, or use 1 cup water if vodka is not used
  • Grapes or berries (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grease a loaf pan or pyrex dish with neutral spray oil or use individual shot glasses.
  2. In a saucepan gently heat the champagne and Joon rose petal honey then remove from heat-do not overheat or boil.
  3. Add the gelatin envelopes and stir till completely dissolved. Reheat gently if needed to fully dissolve the gelatin.
  4. Add the vodka or water and mix.
  5. Pour into greased dish, pan or shot glasses.
  6. The garnish can be added before chilling the jelly shots.
  7. Place half cut grapes or whole berries and place in fridge till fully set
  8. When gelatin is set, it can be removed from the pan and cut into small serving pieces or removed from shot glasses and served.
