INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces of lavash bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Joon Sumac Spice blend
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut the lavash into desired small size.
- In a mixing bowl toss the oil, salt and Sumac Spice Blend and mix together.
- Toss in the lavash pieces and coat each piece with the spice mix.
- Place the lavash pieces on a baking sheet. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes till crispy.
