Sumac Chicken Wings Skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds chicken wings—remove wing tips and cut each piece into wings and winglets
  • 2 tablespoons Joon Sumac Spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Rind from 1/2 lime
  • Juice of fresh squeezed lime
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a resealable plastic bag.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bag and mix.
  4. Set aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Skewer the chicken pieces.
  6. Grill for 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side) till fully cooked. Cooking time may vary depending on the grill temperature.
