INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds chicken wings—remove wing tips and cut each piece into wings and winglets
- 2 tablespoons Joon Sumac Spice blend
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Rind from 1/2 lime
- Juice of fresh squeezed lime
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a resealable plastic bag.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bag and mix.
- Set aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Skewer the chicken pieces.
- Grill for 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side) till fully cooked. Cooking time may vary depending on the grill temperature.
